Don't Drink the (Bottled) Water!

Save Precious Resources - Don't Drink the Bottled Water!

Also, when you're drinking out of an un-recyclable water bottle, you're using more petroleum, creating more demand for the same, and raising petroleum prices even more! The irony - drinking bottled water means paying more for petroleum products, including gasoline.

Find alternatives to plastic bottles of water.

1) Find and drink canned or glass-bottled water.

2) Recycle your used water bottle purchase by refilling it from a tap at home or some other source.

3) Whatever you do, don't toss that bottle in the trash - its just too valuable.

4) Start a recycling program in your locality. Raise awareness!

5) Write/call/email your (local) congressional representative and/or senator. Urge them to seek political action on bottled water.
6) Read this again. Print it. Save it. CIRCULATE IT.

Suggested Instructions for saving on air conditioning while driving in hot weather:

1) Get in car.

2) Remove clothing (if air conditioning is needed for the drive).

3) Drive nude!

4) Keep bra on if topless.

5) Arrive at destination.
